Cash on delivery (COD) means one thing: you pay only when the parcel is in your hands. No bank card, no prepayment, no "send half up front". You order on WhatsApp, the courier knocks on your door, you check the parcel — and only then do you pay, in cash.
We understand the hesitation: the internet is full of stories about prepaid orders that never arrived, or arrived nothing like the photo. That's exactly why we have worked only with cash on delivery since 2012 — it's the one arrangement where all the risk stays with us, not with you.
How does a COD order work, step by step?
- Choose your piece in the online shop or tell us what you're looking for on WhatsApp.
- We confirm the details by message: size, colour, address and your phone number. We also tell you the exact total — no surprises at the door.
- The parcel ships with a courier. It usually arrives within a few working days, anywhere in Albania.
- The courier calls you when they're close — no need to wait at home all day.
- Check and pay. Look at the parcel, make sure it's what you ordered, and only then pay.
Why does COD protect you as a buyer?
Because it flips the logic of online shopping in your favour. With prepayment, you trust and the seller risks nothing. With COD it's the opposite: we risk the shipping, you risk nothing. A shop that takes only prepayments can vanish tomorrow; a shop that lives on COD survives only if customers are happy when they open the parcel. It's that simple.

How to avoid delivery problems
In our experience, nearly every delay or mix-up comes down to two small things: an incomplete address and an unreachable phone. Give us a precise address with a reference point ("the building behind the school…", "entrance 2"), and keep your phone on the day of delivery — the courier calls before coming.
