How to take your measurements at home
All you need is a tailor's tape measure. Stand straight, in front of a mirror, wearing thin clothing or underwear:
- Bust: measure around the fullest part, with the tape parallel to the floor. Don't pull tight — one finger should fit underneath.
- Waist: the narrowest part, usually just above the navel. Breathe normally — don't hold your breath!
- Hips: around the fullest part, with your feet together.
Write all three down in centimetres. That's the hard part done.
